Pay for CRT Breakfast VS Use Dining Plan Credits

Would it make sense to pay for the breakfast rather then eat up two table credits per person. We are two adults, one child and one freebie (under 3)

In most cases--yes.

If you are on the standard DDP, then you're wise to pay OOP for CRT.

If you're on the deluxe, you'll probably have so many credits that you'll have enough to spare on CRT. But in most cases, CRT is not an efficient use of your TS credits.

I am planning on paying OOP for CRT breakfast. Just makes more sense..... We were able to get 2 more dinners paid for with the Dining Plan by paying OOP for the CRT breakfast!

One question - if I pay OOP for the CRT breakfast - is gratuity still included? What about tax? Just really wanted to know the final price.....

Basically that is what I decided to do, except it will be lunch for us. I did the numbers and decided OOP for CRT was the way to go. Then I also decided to do OOP for a couple of Character breakfasts, that left our evening TS credits intact. Since both my mother and I are diabetic, and getting old a sit down table meal is important.
