Shoes for the Graceful!

Well the other day I went to a wedding and the pre-reception was on a deck. I was walking around and my heel got stuck in between the planks. I almost fell flat on my face! :rotfl:

Well I had a flash-forward to my wedding and walking down the boardwalk to my SBP wedding and face planting in my dress.(I'm known for my grace) So I have now decided that heels are out.

So I have now decided I need flats or wedges or something without a thin heel that I could get stuck in the boards. Any suggestions? I dont have a color in mind, but I was hoping for more than a flip flop

When I was looking for wedding shoes I went to DSW and hit the clearance. I found a super cute pair of sandals that had a slight heel but were not skinny and looked great.

So if you have any big shoe places around I'd just go into one and see what they have hiding. :)
