S. Calif. Terminal Rumor?

Last week I was in Long Beach,CA. I learned that Carnival is building a new terminal near the Queen Mary/former Spruce Goose site. Has anyone heard if DCL might be joining Carnival at this site?

I doubt DCL would use the same terminal, but anything's possible. If DCL were to use Carnival's terminal, DCL would have to schedule its departures (if and when DCL decides to operate a ship on the West Coast) only on days when Carnival is not using the terminal. Currently Carnival has three departures per week.
