View Full Version : Two Castaway Club Numbers??

Has anyone else ever gotten two different Castaway Club numbers? This happened to us a long time ago, and I thought it was straightened out, but not long after we got home from the Western we got a note in the mail with the "wrong" number. I called DCL, and sure enough, there are still two. All our cruises for this year are under the "wrong" one, and next year's are under our original one. Hopefully they will get it straightened out this time...I know it doesn't mean anything in the cosmic scheme of things, as we'll get our beach towel and party invitation either way, but after 22 (23 next week :) ) cruises, it's a matter of pride to have them all together!! Just curious if anyone else has ever gotten dual numbers.

Yes, I have two numbers....we were on the Maiden Voyage of the Magic on 7/30/98 so we have fairly low CC number (1162). DCL then issued us a new number for no reason. Both our numbers are on file with DCL and we have never had a problem using either. I prefer the shorter one because I can remember it!!

Whenever I give it to a reservationsist they always comment on it being such a low number.

my family also has two numbers. when i called to check to make sure that my CC number was on my next reservation, they gave a different number that was off by one. when i asked about this i was told that my husband had one number, and i had one. since he is not going on the 99 dollar cruise with me, they put my number on the cc reservation part. hope this makes sense.

DH and I each have our own numbers as well - 1 number off from each other. As far as I remember they have always booked the trips under both numbers.

My hubby has his own number too, so technically I guess we have three! I like my original number, which is a low one since our first cruise was Labor Day weekend, 1998 (hubby's is one number off from that one). I really don't know where my other number came from...it isn't even close to the original one. Oh well, if they ever open a "Platinum" division, hopefully ours will be "1" :) .
