On my upcoming BWI stay I would like to see as many of the other resorts as I can, but will not have a car. Does anyone have strategies/suggestions/plans on how best to do this? Would I have to go back to a park between every resort and transfer buses? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You might try doing it in clusters, spreading it out on different days, maybe to squeeze in a meal or two at the resort restaurants.
Around Epcot, for example, it's fairly easy to visit The Swan/Dolphin, Beach Club/Yacht Club and Boardwalk. All are within walking distance of one another.
Around the Magic Kingdom, there are the monorail resorts: Poly, GF and Contemporary (plus, with a short boat ride, the WL).
To see the others -- which are moderates and value resorts, with the exception of Animal Kingdom Lodge -- you'll need to hop a bus. Most buses stop at several resorts along their route. Check with your hotel for schedules and destinations. It shouldn't be too difficult to figure out.
