We are going to WDW in a 19 days!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Luckily we were able to get all of reservations at the 90 day mark. Since it is two families on going we are over a few meals. Our DDP is for 4 nights 5 days.
I need helping figuring out what to pay for OOP. I am not good at this kind of Math. :)
Here are our reservations-
1900 Park Fare Dinner
Hollywood and Vine Play and Dine Lunch
Cinderella's Royal Table Lunch
Coral Reef Lunch
Crystal Palace Breakfast
Thanks!!!

I would pay oop for CRT. IMHO it is not worth 2 TS credits. You will then have enough credits to pay for the rest of your meals.

Based on the menus on Allears.net. The lowest price (entree and dessert) for Coral Reef is $20.98, average is $27.15 and high is $35.98 at lunch. Hollywood and Vine is $24.99 and CRT is $37.99 at lunch time. Crystal Palace is $18.99 for lunch. I would say either pay Crystal Palace out of pocket or add another meal and pay CRT out of pocket (since that is 2 TS credit).

Call Disney Dining and ask for the prices of the buffets while you are there. I did it the week before so there were no surprises. (Allears menus are out of date in many cases.) It looks like you should be able to get all prices except for Coral Reef. That might help you figure out which one you should pay for OOP. Remember that when the CM quotes you the prices, they won't include the tax (6.5%) or the tip, so you'd have to add that to your calculations. For CRT, the price might include the tax, so you'd have to ask.
