viewing reservation online

In the past I have always made reservation myself online but this trip I had to use a CM because we had a free dining pin. I cannot view our reservation online. Is anyone else having this problem with the system? I prefer to make my payments online bc its usually quick and easy.

I HATE "MY Disney Vacation" website. You have a user name and you think your reservation would be attached to it, but you have to enter in your reservation # and phone # for it to come up. For last year's trip it came up in My Itineraries but not this year.

How long did you wait to check the website after you made the reservation? and did you get an email confirmation? You should be able to access it through a link in your email too.

Join the club. But in this case I have always called to make my reservations. Can't view it. Everytime we call they swear its there and "they" can see it. Booked in March. Called several times in the following months just to see if anyone had some sort of inspiration as to why it isn't showing for us. Confirmation is right, phone is right...just doesnt want to show :(

Huh. I called to make both of mine and both show up, once I put in the res# & phone #. I wonder why yours aren't coming up. Sounds like a software problem.

I booked my ressie on the phone and I can see it online.

I just tried again and still cannot see reservation online. I get an error message and try again. I called Disney and got a very rude CM. She basically grilled me as to why I need to see it. She could go over it with me and there was really no need for me to see it. I told her I wanted to print it out, I wanted to be able to view it online, I wanted to be able to make payments online instead of waiting 20 mins on the phone. Again she repeated that she could see it and she could take payments. I am so frustrated!
