TS into CS

Last year we were on the free dining plan. We were able (almost encouraged) to exchange/use a TS in exchange for a CS & a coupon for either 2 Snacks or a small disney travel bag. This would happen when you purchased the CS. You would tell the cashier to please use a TS & ask for the coupon per each meal. Does anyone know if this is going to be the case in 2009,

It's usually announced just before the free dining period opens (this year that's August 16) so keep looking for it.
