So I recently became a passholder and I am registered and appear under the passholder section BUT when I go to update my profile - I can;t see to get it to recognize my AP.. It's asking for the 3 letter code, the 3 digits following, the date of issue and then it has a place for 5 more digits.. My AP doesn't have 5 numeric code..
It has a Trans (##) and a TKT (##)

What am I missing?
I want to make sure I hit another possible PIN trigger

I am not sure what to say because whenever I log onto the Annual Passholder website with my AP I never had any problems each time I log on and I am on the AP website right now as I type this.

I can access the Passholder section without a problem - I was just trying to update my profile on the general website itself with my AP information.
