Hi experts, hopefully you can assist me.
Earlier this year when planning our trip we received a 40% off pin code 2 days before leaving, now I didn't know what this pin code was, only learned about it here (thought it was a scam from a travel agent).
Now, we didn't use it, nor do I know when it was for. Can I call them and request this or inquire about it?
Will they tell me or let me use it, if it is still good?
