Usually. There may be a few places that don't allow it.But everyone we went to allowed it

Does this mean they will do food substitutions even when the child does NOT have allergies (just based on likes/dislikes/preferences)?

at at QS yes, if they offer it. It'll be listed in the fine print (they want kids to see the healthy choices) At, TS you just have to ask and see what they have.

yes, my kids always get fries and soda instead of carrots and milk... it is vacation after all :rotfl:
