Hi,
When, in the closing procedure, is the transaction submited to Disney so they decide if they buy-back or not ??
Thank you

After the seller has accepted and signed the "offer to purchase" it then goes to Disney for "first right of purchase" review.
One you and the seller have signed all the papers then it will go to the closing agent. They will then send it to DVC because they don't want to do any more work than they have to in case DVC buys it back. It usually takes them a few days, maybe a week or a week and a half. They can take up to a month from when they get it if they chose.

As soon as both buyer and seller have both signed the contract it can go to Disney for review.
They legally have 30 days to decide, but typically take less.
Good luck with your purchase!
