My DH and I will be going to DW for the first time in Feb 2010, we will be meeting my nephew and his family for a week of Disney!

My DH has narcolepsy, which he manages to control quite well, but he still needs periodic times to rest/take naps during the day. He's pretty self-conscious about his condition, so I was hoping to get tips on where we can go to relax or for him to close his eyes for 10 or 15 minutes. Preferable places would be somewhere of the beaten path, maybe a grassy area where he can sit and lean against a tree, benches/chairs away from the main crowd.

Any help would greatly be appreciated! We will be visiting all 4 parks, so information on all would be wonderful.

Thanks a million!
Tracy :confused3:confused3

check out the first aid stations in the parks - there is a quiet place to lay down and a take a nap without being "on display" as it were - and he can nap and the rest of you can keep doing things, so he doesnt feel like he is holding you back...

Here's one not a lot of people know: In Epcot, in Innoventions West - behind the Fountain View, not the first half of the building - there's a hallway with some padded benches.

Definitely check out the first aid stations. They're great for naps, I used them a few times last time I was there because I was so tired.
Also, if there are shows he's not really interested in he can nap through those.
