Has anyone purchased their dress from House of Brides?

I THINK I have chosen my dress, and I am going with my MOH this weekend to try it on one more time and make a final decision. I found it on House of Bride's website for about $250 less then what my local boutique is charging. I did some research on HOB and found that they get very mixed reviews and was wondering if anyone on here has ever ordered from them or shopped in their store and what your experience was if you did.

I was also looking into purchasing from them.

The only thing I was worried about was buying a dress "online" not being able to try it on and be sized correctly.

But since you are going to try the dress on and you know exactly the size and style, I don't think it will hurt and you should go for it.

I got my dress and the bridesmaid dresses from one of their physical stores. I also had alterations done there. I had no problems.

I bought a bridesmaid dress from their Schaumburg store a few years ago and had no problems with Sales or Alterations.
