MyPoints & Reflect.com?

Has anyone ordered from Reflect.com through MyPoints for the 300 point "bonus?" I ordered ~ 10 days ago, and don't have the points yet; I know sometimes they take a while, but now I'm paranoid that there was a link I should have clicked on and missed. Anyone?

I've ordered from them in past and received my bonus points. I don't remember there being a link to click to receive my points.

Be sure to save your order confirmation e-mail from reflect.com. If the points are not credited within 30 days, forward the confirmation to the MyPoints customer service dept. with a message that the points have not been received. So far, they have been very good about correcting any problem I have encountered.

I ordered twice thru the bonus links to reflect - both were for 1000 pts. The first was a shampoo/conditioner offer and the second was buy anything for $15 and get free lipstick. The lipstick bonus points came pretty quickly, maybe 10 days or so but the shampoo offer never gave me my 1000pts. I emailed mypoints twice but they said even though they were separate bonuses only one offer for 1000pts could be redeemed. As long as you kept your confirmation email you should be okay. Sometimes they are slower than other times; there doesn't appear to be any logical explanation for why.

Thanks for the replies - I'm very glad I kept my confirmation email! :) I'll give it another couple weeks and then email them if the points haven't appeared. Have a fabulous day!!

PS - *grumble* Why didn't I order when it was 1000 pts and not 300??? Duh!! *grumble off*
