Hi i've just booked a holiday to disney paris :yay: for the 23rd Aug and coming home 26th Aug for myself (30) and my two daughters Aimee (6) and Laura (3) it is our first time going and we are all sooo excited ( im worse than the kids )

I just have a few questions...

1. Any tips on what i should bring with me to save a few euros......drinks , snacks etc...?
2. We are flying from Dublin to cdg and have paid for transfers.....how long will it take to get to disney from cdg ?
3. We are staying at the sequoia lodge......anyone else been ?
4. What will the weather and crowds be like at the time of our stay?
5. Should i bring a buggie for my 3 yr old...nearly 4 ?

Thanks you.

Drinks are MEGA expensive in the park. Take as much juice/home bought drinks as is possible to get on the plane!! There is a shop in the train station just at the gates of the park. Very affordable for snacks/sandwiches so stock up each day.

The transfer at CDG is the VEA shuttle and depending which terminal you fly into it can take anything between 45 mins and 1 hour. If you are with Aer Fungus its probably terminal 1. We have taken this and usually 50 mins with no probs

You can hire strollers in the park at a cost of about 7 euros per day. If you bring your own, it will be cheaper and you will DEFINITELY need it. I even found myself dropping down into ours with exhaustion:lmao:

Staying in Sequoia next week....will let u know:thumbsup2

I packed loads of cereal bars and a huge bottle blackcurrant juice and bottles of water for each of us. I then refilled the water bottles at the water fountain around the park. We sometimes relented and had bottles of ice cold coke/fanta etc costing 2.50E per bottle - but our 4 year old only drinks blackcurrant anyway, so needed it for him.

Definately, definately take your own buggy. The walk from the park, through Disney village and to your hotel will take about 15-20 minutes depending on how exhausted you are at the end of the day. You can get shuttle busses back and forth to the hotel too. Our son is nearly 5 and there is no way he could have survived the whole day without his buggy, which he never uses at home, and to be honest I really didn't like the look of the ones you could hire.

Thank you so much to both for your helpful reply. I will def be stocking up on juice before i go and the tip to bring cereal bars is great.

Im a little nervous cause im going on my own with the girls....our first holiday together...i have visions of getting off the plane and not knowing where to go lol :)

I will def bring Laura's buggie and likewise she never uses it at home but i'd say my 6 year old will probably be in it to.

Yes scald that would be great if you could let me know how you get on at the sequoia , look forward to hearing how your trip goes.

Thanks for all your help:flower3:
