Well, I have updated the spreadsheet and the results are posted below. Not sure if I have miscalculated or mssed a couple of weigh-ins for people but some of the figures don't seem to add up to the total loss they have posted themselves or their tickers so if I have got your loss wrong, I apologies - and please let me know if you want me to correct it :)

Our numbers seem to be dwindling on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and we are now down to only a few regular 'weighers'. Again, if I've missed you off the list and you would like to be included and weigh in each week with us, please let me know.

Without further ado, here are the results for Nat's Fat Club so far....

Natalie - Total loss 26 lbs
Joh (Wilma-Bride) - Total loss 28.5 lbs
Gaynor - Total loss 28 lbs
Karen (CustardTart) - Total loss 19 lbs
Rachel (Tinks1984) - Total loss 17 lbs
Joanne (PoppyAnna) - Toal loss 14 lbs
Nicky (darthtatty) - Total loss 28 lbs
Jakki (TinkTattoo) - Total loss 76 lbs :worship:
Claire (Chilly) - Total loss 24 lbs
Mandy (mandymouse) - Total loss 17 lbs
Jen (jen_uk) - Total loss 17 lbs
Sarah (TotallyAngelic) - Total loss 6 lbs
LoubbyLou - Total loss 14 lbs

Total loss overall - 314.5 lbs or 22 stone 6.5 lbs

Well done ladies :thumbsup2

I lost 0.4kg this week which I was really pleased with seeing as DD and & have just got back from 5 days in London so I only tracked for 2 days this week. It just shows that I can be away from home and still loose weight which gives me some hope for surviving 5 weeks in Florida popcorn::

I am hanging my head in shame:sad2: I have gained 3 lbs :guilty:.

I do deserve it, as I haven't been on the wii fit and have not really been sticking to my diet. Still disappointed with myself though.

Not the best start to July, but watch this space next week.

Never mind Louise, we all have bad weeks now and again - I don't think there's a single on of us DIS dieters who hasn't had a gain or at least a bad week in the last few months. Don't feel bad about it, just look on this as a new week and a fresh start to the month

....Well done Jakki - were you eating exactly what you wanted or still being fairly sensible and just not tracking your points?.....

I ate pretty much what I wanted although I've found that I don't crave a lot of the stuff I would have gone for before so my choices were fairly sensible. I had my usual cereal for breakfast and when we were out shopping I had Susi from M&S for lunch (which I love) and a normal dinner with a few glasses of vino. I had a couple of coffee's during the day while we were out but had an Alpen bar if I wanted something with it (rather than a big slice of cake) DD wanted a McDonalds one of the days and it didn't bother me to sit there and not have anything while she ate hers.

When we flew home I tried a skinny muffin in Starbucks and wasn't that impressed with it so I left half of it which is a good sign as I'd normally have eaten it all just for the sake of it.

I have just weighed in and am happy to report that I have lost 4 1/2 lbs this week. I am now 11 1/2 stone, my lowest weight in about 15 years :cool1:

Hi all - can I join you too?

I have lost 1.5lbs this week meaning I have lost 1st 6lbs since March but am now trying really seriously as I want to lose the remaining 2st 5lbs of baby weight before our September trip.

DD turning 1 in June was the kick start I needed as I couldn't keep using the 'I have just had a baby' excuse! :headache:

Can I join in too please? I used to exercise a lot and put on about 5 stone when I gave it all up. I lost about 3 stone in 3 months at the end of 2007 but then got lazy and slowly put back on a stone and a half of that over the year(at least it took a year). Anyway, I want to loose about 56lbs altogether and as much of that as poss before my end of sept trip to DL California. Maybe having to report in to you guys will give me the kick I need to start the exercise properly again :) Thanks

good luck to all of the deiters out there, be careful not to yoyo as this leads to wieght gain overall. not trying to preach.
i wish i had had some will power to help me lose wieght. instead i ended up haveing a gastric bypass which is working well. seen by many as the easy option i can assure everyone that its not a desicion that should be taken lightly. it changes your relationship with food for ever.
i only had the op on april 29th and have lost about 36kilos 79lb ish although i have a lot still to lose was hoping to get to about 20-22 stone by the time we fly to orlando as we have booked normal seats rather than pe about 1and 1 1/2 stone a month.
not as much of a challenge than you guys using willpower but has its own difficulties. i dont want to eat anymore (lucky me not really food was my support mechanism food was a comfort) cant find anything that i like to eat so eating is a chore. am often ill eating things. am aware that the lack of protien has long term effects like hair loss.
did any see that overweight parents have over wieght kids and its not genetic and they paid for that research :scared1: makes you wonder.
for those that are seriously over weight help is out there when i met chaw sumers (the fat doctor discovery home and health) was the first time a doctor didnt tell me to diet and funding is available for those of us with serious health and weight issues.

Just got in from WW and I have lost 3 1/2lbs !!

Great news Jeanette - back on track :thumbsup2

ive put on 2lbs :rolleyes1:rolleyes1

TBH, it was pretty much expected and I'm sure you'll be OK this week

I was weighed today and lost a pound and a half - although i did put on 2 the week before.:rolleyes1

Fingers crossed it will be loss again next week.

Well doen Bronny - the rest will come off this week, I'm sure :goodvibes

Hey everyone
well i didnt do too well at weigh in today, gained 1lb. kind of knew i would as although meal wise i wasnt doing too bad, id over done it a bit on snacks.
my heart just wasnt in it this week. Ive booked a personal trainer for monday (my son luke) he's fab at getting me to do exercise and making sure i drink lots of water and dont eat bad food :rotfl2: i could hire him out.
i want to lose at least 7lbs over the school hols. :thumbsup2

Just a blip Nicky - you'll be back on track this week :)

Hey all can I join back in. Not been on in a while as I've had a mad past month and haven't been able to get on the net except when I've been at my bf's and as my parent's have been away and ive been playing housewife here that's been a non existant chance.

I will just say well done to everyone now rather than pick through the thread and I am hoping that I have a better rest of July and August than I have June/July.

I will weigh in tomorrow morning.:thumbsup2

Welcome aboard (and welcome back Jackie) - good luck :goodvibes

:wizard::wizard: Good Luck with your weigh-ins this week everyone :wizard::wizard:

I have made the decision not to weigh myself anymore before my holiday. I tried on my dresses for my cruise over the weekend, and I was so pleased with how they looked - that I can't be bothered to stress over gaining a pound or two over the next few weeks

:wizard:Good Luck over the Summer everyone, and I'll be back on Monday 24th August

See you soon Mandy - can't wait to see your pictures from your holiday and see how lovely all your new tops look :rotfl:

good luck to all of the deiters out there, be careful not to yoyo as this leads to wieght gain overall. not trying to preach.
i wish i had had some will power to help me lose wieght. instead i ended up haveing a gastric bypass which is working well. seen by many as the easy option i can assure everyone that its not a desicion that should be taken lightly. it changes your relationship with food for ever.

Seeing as I was the last one to post I might as well edit this one :surfweb:

Well done to every one who lost or STS :goodvibes

I lost 1.1 kg this week which I'm very pleased with. We've had a skip this week and we've been clearing rubbish from part of the garden and the garage so that probably helped.

My last weigh day is next Monday and I hope to loose 0.6kg which will take me under 70kg and under 11 stone :scared1:

That is fantastic Jakki, you have seriously overtaken me which, hopefully, might spur me on to get my backside into gear and start taking this a bit more seriously. To be fair, I am taking it seriously but stupid DDD parties and things keep getting in the way.

You have done incredibly well - as far as I recall, you haven't had a single gain at all which is excellent. I really should take a leaf out of your book.

Sorry I've not been around for a week or so, I've been away on my holidays camping. Only to Wales, but it was a nice break :)

As a result, I didn't weigh-in last Sunday, so I'm a week missing for July. I shall be back on there this Sunday and will update then! I just hope I've not done too much damage whilst away...fingers crossed! :scared:

Well done to everyone though, it looks like you've been doing great! I shall check back and read more thoroughly later once I've done some more washing!

I took the plunge this week and joined FitnessFirst. I've been twice this week and feel so good for going, and lost 1lb too!

I figured the only way I was going to lose the stone I wanted to was to eat less carbs (I do low carb) and didn't want to do that so exercise it was! The most exercise I get is walking to the car and back. I've done more exercise this week than all the rest of the year put together.

I signed up for a personal trainer too so am waiting for the phone call to sort that out. I got a good deal with them - no joing fee, no admin fee and £25 per month for the all-access pass which should have been £38. The personal trainer cost me £35 for 3 x 45 minute sessions and if I go 7 times int he first 4 weeks I get that credited back.

So far I have done 60 minutes at each visit on a Fatburner programme on a treadmill. Tonight was hard going but I am very proud that I did it. Tonight I walked 3 miles in 60 minutes which I never thought I could have done. I have set my goal of a stone in 3.5 months and am totally comitted and motivated to do it.

I want to lose the weight by November which is when my wedding dress fitting is. The dress looks fine now but would look better with a bit less of me in it :)

Well done - I am useless at getting any exercise. I used to ride (horses) for at least an hour a day every day up until we moved here and the horses got too old. I really miss it as it used to keep my weight under control while eating anything I wanted. I just can't find any other form of exercise I enjoy and can be moviated to do. So I really admire anyone that has the will to do it :thumbsup2

That's a great idea - I did that when I started and have checked twice since and been amazed at the inch loss.

I've weighed in a day early today as we're off to stay overnight at the airport. I've lost 0.9kg for a total loss of 37kg and I'm now "officially" under 11st :woohoo: (10st 13.5lbs but still under 11st :rotfl:) I didn't track at all this week in preparation for the trip - but lets face it, I should know what to do at home by now .

The real test will be when I'm there. I'm not going with the attitude of "sod it I'll eat everything in site" I've come too far to blow it all on a few weeks in Florida. Plus at this stage, I don't think I'd ever be able to eat like I used to. I plan to make healthy choices where I can but still have the odd treat (who can resist a Dole Whip) and deal with any increase when I get back. I've still got a stone to loose to get to my goal and I'd love to be there for our October trip.

Good luck to every one this week and over the coming weeks and I'll see you all back here on 27th August to let you know how I got on while I was away.

I am going to bow out of this thread, I seem to be getting less time on the DIS and that isn't going to change over the summer and I wouldn't be doing you all justice by being erratic in keeping up wiith your fantastic results.

My weight has stayed the same for some time because I haven't been putting enough effort in. I am still 10lbs lighter then I was in January. I intend to try and take my mind off worrying about it and hope that worrying less and running around with the girls in the summer will make a bit of difference.

Good luck and best wishes everybody:grouphug:

I intend to try and take my mind off worrying about it and hope that worrying less and running around with the girls in the summer will make a bit of difference.

Good luck and best wishes everybody:grouphug:

Well done for taking the plunge Alex - and good luck :goodvibes

sounds like everyones doing ok :cool1:
i havent managed to get to a weigh in this week. my wii fit weight hasnt moved so im sure id have sts.
doing ok, sons been really good at letting me go on the wii fit to exercise and my wii fitness coach. mind you i overdid it with moving loads of furniture yesterday so a bit of a bad back today.
food wise hasnt been too bad, though Matts been wanting loads of bad food so that doesnt help. Mind you we went to Harvester last night and i didnt eat too bad. ;)

good luck everyone for thier next weigh in.xx

Keep at it Nicky :thumbsup2

Sorry i have not been on but since i last weighed and posted i have not lost any more and have not gained any but hopefully that is to change now i have my new ticker:)Been very busy what with jacks birthday (two partys he thinks he's royalty) Jack being in bugsy Malone, and just having no spare time to post so hopefully next week i will have something to post (even thats a bad week as it's my birthday thursday and my little sis's 21st with a bbq at the end of next weekend). So maybe i should wait till August to get serious!! But will give it a try.

Don't lose heart - you do have to be in the right frame of mind though so don't beat yourself up about it if now is not the right time

Have a great trip Jakki, well done on getting under 11 stone, that's my next goal - good luck while you're away, I think you're being pretty sensible about it :)

I lost 1lb this week which brings me to 2 stone lost.

At the weekend I also purchased some trousers 2 sizes smaller and a bra 2 cup sizes smaller!

Well done Claire - I bought size 14 trousers yesterday and it was a great feeling :cool1:

Hands up if you had a disaster this week???!! *Reaches hand really high!*

Me...after my week away camping, I've put on 2lbs! :scared1: Quite expecting it though, as all we really ate was burgers, bacon and bread etc...infact I was expecting more on than that.

I'm back to it this week, been to my first class and feel better already! :)

Well done to everyone who's lost weight...great achievements! :thumbsup2

Good luck next week, at least you know where you went wrong :goodvibes

You have all done so well:thumbsup2

Hope you don't mind a general well done to everyone who has lost or sts this week.

If you had a gain  don't worry I'm sure it will be gone next week.

Just lost 1/2 lb this week, it's to be expected, the dog has been staring at the wii fit board all week and DH says it because a spider has moved in underneath it because its that long since i've been on it :lmao: he can talk with his moobs.

well done Loubbylou - as Nat says, better off than on. I know what you mean about the Wii Fit, I have been really bad lately and haven't been on it for ages. Maybe we should make a pact to do Wii Fit at least twice a week ;)

On a personal note, I have lost a measly 1 lb this week - I'm secretly (well, not secretly more openly) a bit disappointed because I've tried really hard and was hoping for more but, hey ho. Keep swimming :fish:

We can commiserate together then Nicky - I have just said to Nat on the phone that I might even do without my 'treat day' on Saturday in the hope of getting a good loss this week. I've only got 7 lbs to go to get down to under 11 stone and that is essentially all I want before we go on holiday. I am determined to do it but it's so disheartening when you try hard and see little to no result. Good luck next week hun :goodvibes

I've had a cracking 7 days, well 8 really.

I've been to the gym 5 times, come up with a great training plan with my personal trainer, done 25km (total) on the cross-trainer and lost 2 lbs. That makes 7lbs since the beginning of July.

I start my training plan with my first session on Saturday. The first one was an assessment which gave the trainer a real challenge. I have hyper-extension injuries on my joints but particularly my right elbow. It means I can't use weights, not even to hold when I'm stretching, so he came up with a load of exercises using my body-weight as resistance and that won't damage my joints.

I can't kneel or bend my legs fully and he came up with things to help with that. He is absolutely brilliant!

I can't wait for Saturday :goodvibes

Wow, you're working hard! Well done. I'm still being lazy with the exercise. Must try harder.

Well, I don't know the exact amount I've lost cause it depends what time of day, etc I get on but I've lost about 7lbs in the last two weeks. Didn't measure last week. So it's a start. Have been bad this week though so dreading next week.

I am so sorry to have gone AWOL on the Dieting Thread but during the past 2weeks with all the socialising I have been doing and my holiday to Disneyland Paris I know I have put on the 6lbs I lost in June and I could not face admitting my failings on here.

I am going to pick up the healthy living gauntlet again tomorrow - back to work, back to reality and all that, but I will not weigh myself officially until I have given myself a week's start. So that means I will start again on 1st August with this thread, and I am looking forward to trying a bit harder this time, with no holiday looming on the horizon (apart from a weekend in Somerset with my cruise buddies).

So as of tomorrow I am back on the diet waggon with all of you wonderful people who have got more willpower in your little fingers than I have in my entire body - please let it rub off on me this time - I have 1 year and 6 weeks until my cruise and I so need to be a size 12 by then. :wizard::wizard::wizard:

Again, sorry I've not popped in as much as normal, not had much free time at the moment.

I am back on track though, I've lost 2lbs this week :cool1:

Good Luck for everyone for August :wizard: Onwards and downwards!
