Just passing information/ Refill mugs and Water parks

Disney sells refillable 32-ounce souvenir mugs (only refillable
on the day you buy them) at Typhoon Lagoon for $9.43. Until now,
cast members have had to refill them. Disney has now put a bar
code on the mugs that is scanned at the self-serve fountain in
the hope that this will reduce waiting times for refills. Disney
assures us that the refillable mugs sold at the resorts will
continue to be refillable for your entire stay even if they

Can you buy refillable mugs at Seaworld and are disney refillables only available to people staying on-site?

DH and I were at Blizzard Beach in Dec 2001 and they had the refillable mugs on the scanning system then, and I thought it was wonderful. It made it quick and easy to get a refill quickly.

Just a tip: I was carrying my CBR mug with me when we walked into the park, and a CM ask me if I wanted to pay $5 for my CBR mug to beable to get free refills all day at the water park. Of course we said yes and they put a sticker with a barcode on it, then it was treated just like the Blizzard Beach refillable mugs.

I LOVE WHEN I CAN SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY!
