Few ? about BWI, BC, WLV & DI

Can anyone tell me if construction will be finished at BWV by early October? I read about the upcoming construction at YC..Are the BC villas opening on time in July? Has anyone stayed in a villa at WL and have also stayed at BWV? We enjoyed staying at BWV and the 2bdrm twnhouse at Disney Institute. Is DI open?
Any recommendations?:D

I can answer two of your questions.

The construction at BWV will not be finished by October. It is expected to go until at least the end of this year, possibly into the first quarter of 2003.

The BCV are expected to open right on time. There are reported to be CMs staying there now to make sure everything is ready for the guests on July 1.

FWIW, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at BWV. The construction (actually a repair of the outside siding material) in no way interfered with our enjoyment of the resort. We've stayed there twice since it began - once last November and once this past Februrary. The rooms that are impacted by the scaffolding are not occupied. For that reason, though, it may be hard to get a cash reservation there until the rehab work is completed.
