Lake Powell - camping

DH and I are thinking about doing a trip on the cheap over the holiday weekend. We like to tent camp. We are thinking of Lake Powell - wahweap to be specific. I searched and didn't find any posts....but some of you have surely been there!! Anyone care to share their experiences, good and bad?
