Beach N Cream Meal Question

I was wondering if I could get this for my meal at Beaches N Cream.

Entree:

Hot dog with chili & cheese
With Onion Rings not fries
Diet Coke

Dessert:

Fudge Mud Slide

Except that I am not certain they will permit you to substitute onion rings for the fries. You might have to purchase the onion rings if you want them.
