It was a long weekend. I sewed a lot and then Peach left to go to her Grandmas at last minute. Her did wasnt around to take her (nothin new) but his mom and step dad always want to have her. so that is good.

Did lots of cleaning, sewing, and went to the fireworks here in town. They were so low and it was a bit windy that some of the ambers actually landed on our blanket. My room mates daughter was right under where it hit! Good thing there were no fires or anyone hurt. otherwise it was a nice little show. Nothing like a Disney fireworks though... :confused3

hey!!! hope all is well with everybody's 4th... I survived my 1st ever July 4th celebration at MK. Landed at 9:50Am it was a short flight... I have to remember that airbus.. took us 1 hour and min from Philly to MCO :goodvibes No check in luggage so I did a mad dash to ME... got to ASMo... room was ready... not bad location its almost like a semi preffered IMO if you have kids since granted it is 2 bldgs away from the food court but it is right infornt of the Mighty Ducks pool and laundry room!!! After a quick change... ran to the bus stop and got in at MK at around 11AM... and stayed there till midnite :)

I'm not familiar with Menlo Park at all, but was happy enough that it was not as far away from me as I thought. I rarely trek south as there are about a gadzillion malls in a 10 mile radius. :lmao:

Some of us do both. We meet in WDW and in our local cities. The DC/MD/VA/PA ppl try to meet at least once a month either in Baltimore or the Washington DC area. It's great to have those meets.

There was a NYC meet that someone from the Community board organized, do not even remember when it was. I do remember they were planning to meet at the Trailer Park Lounge (21st St?). I could not make it and never heard how it went. But it might be a good idea to have another.

There is a grand opening party on the 17th of this month at the DVC store in Roosevelt Mall.
