Soda question

Have read all about the refillable mugs onboard. However, we just received our cruise documents and it outlines a Soda Package but doesn't comment on refillable mugs. The document specifies that each participant shall receive a unique identification sticker that will be recognized at any bar location for unlimited sodas. Cans are available at Castaway Cay because they don't have fountain sodas. $16 - for the four night cruise and $12 for the 3 night. I am curious to know if this has always been the policy or is this to replace the mug policy? Our cruise is July 21 on the Wonder. :bounce:

DCL needs to update their materials. :D

The soda MUG replaced the sticker program quite a while ago. The refillable mug is the only program now. It now costs $5.00 per night of your cruise when you purchase it, so for a 3-night cruise the mug is $15.

John1012- We are also on the July 21 Wonder. Do you have any kids? My DS8 is looking for friends. I also have a DD5. She makes friends alot easier than he does though.

Are the drinks(soda) included with lunch on Castaway Cay? I'm still not sure if I'm going to buy the soda mugs.

yes, drinks are included on Castway Cay for lunch, not from the bar. The drinks are fruit punch and I think lemonade. There is also an ice water station.

Soda is not included unless you have your mug with you.

How much is the soda per glass if you do not buy a mug?

About a $1.50 plus the added on gratuity.
