this is probably similar to the excursion we did on Carnival a few years ago. It was a good tour, and well worth the money. You are carted around in small airconditioned vans.

Thanks for your response, Sue. Approximately how long does the van stay at each stop along the tour? Was there enough time to get out and see the sights without feeling rushed?

I thought there was ample time to look around and see the sights. Of course when I was in Nassau it was before the straw market burned down, and instead of taking us all the way back to the ship, our driver let us off there, and then we walked back to the ship. It was pretty informative. I best liked going up an old lighthouse, and you could see the ships in port from there, and the guide said you could see out about fifty miles. We also toured two forts, and stopped at a big resort (not atlantis) that you could go in and shop or gamble. Of course we weren't interested, so this stop didn't last long.
