Whoo Hoo....I have a PIN!

I called today and yippee...I have a PIN # and it's for free dining!!!! Gosh, I've got to book it. Now need to convince hubby that we can afford it!

Oh - and btw - I did call reservations and they looked it up for me. Didn't have any problem at all!

I have a few questions. my brother-in-law today received a card on the mail for free dining from 11/29-12/17.

1. They never go and have not gone in over 10yrs.

2. Can I use it if he doesn't.

3. I have never received one, so how are you chosen.

4. I guess thats because we go just about every yr.....:confused3

5. So why not give us who go all the time a PIN#/card in the mail, a deal once in a while

Unfortunately, no. The codes are not transferrable. If you can get him to go as well, then you can book up to 3 rooms with the code, and you can have it applied to your trip.

Have you tried calling and asking if you have one? Some CM's will still check under your name.

No I have never called to see. As I said earlier, we go almost 1 time a year. I think these are for the people who have not been there in the last few yrs. JMHO, but I could give it a try. I have listed that we are scheduled to go again this Dec., but that depends on our Pop Warner teams making it.

Good luck to your pop warner team! You may not get a code for that week, it seems it is always on the blackout date list. My guess is because the can do group rates for the teams?

We go every year too but both my husband and I received the free dining one for December. We are planning a trip in May 2010 so I signed up for a planning video. Not sure if that is how I was "selected" for a PIN but we also receiving one the beginning of this year for a room only discount that we couldn't use. My advice is to sign up for things on their website. It doesn't always work but it's worth a shot.

I just called to get quotes on some resorts (which I had already done on the website). In the midst of my conversation, I told the CM that I had received two cards with PIN's earlier in the year and asked if there was another one in my name. It was actually in my DH's name but yes, there was free dining and for the dates in November I wanted. I asked if I needed the code but she said I didn't - anyone would be able to pull it up. I'm so excited!!! Got to put money aside quick!
