Hey! well I just got back from my first trip @ Disneys Vero Beach in Florida!:D It was so much fun! they have awesome activities and the hotel was beautiful!!!:Pinkbounc The weather wasnt all that great but we made the best of it. We went out on the surf and went to the pool. Shutters is an awesome place to eat. There is also a lil' pizza place around the corner. it looks like a shack but the pizza is really good. You have not had fun @ the beach unless you went out on a boogie board! it was so much fun! well that about sums it up. Was there anyone who had as much fun @ Vero as I did? Did anyone go June 15- 22?

we are going for 2 days next summer as a break from wdw...I'm sooo excited!

Welcome back! I have never been but it sounds really fun. The boogie boards are really fun! I had never been on one untill I went to the beach with my friend last spring break, when we went back to the beach this year i didnt have one and wanted one soo bad!

I went there about two years ago for about three days after WDW. Your right, the restaurant is great! I don't recall the pizza place though. I remeber on our last morning, my mom made us all get up really early to go on the beach in time for sunrise. It was beautiful! We saw dolphins jumping and turtle tracks on the sand. And there were a bunch of little crabs all over the beach. It was a really cool trip. I remember though how sunburn I got! All day boogi- boarding on the beach.The no-see-um's were nasty too, the got my dad really bad.

I also go to VB after we go to WDW. It is so nice there. We got to see the baby turtles hatching late at night. When I was there my family and I rented the jet skis and we saw sharks and dolphins when we were on them. Of course I got stuck sharing a jet ski with my brother so he ended up chasing the sharks instead of trying to avoid them.

I have never been to Vero Beach, but it sounds awesome! I'm glad you had such a great trip and Welcome back!
