Most of our ADR's are for dinners, so my plan is to use snack credits for breakfast and counter service for lunch.
We are staying at WL. Can anyone tell me some good options for using our snack credits for breakfast? For instance --- bagels? Are they included/offered? I feel like I'm going to burn thru these snack credits REAL quick!
Thanks!

For, one snack credit, I would get a single serving cereal with a single serving milk...and that serving of milk was enough for the cereal and to drink (I need to always have a drink while I eat)

That may no longer be the case. Most resorts are now charging 2 credits.

I can not speak for most resorts as I haven't stayed at all resorts with in the last year. From 6/2 through 9th we stayed at WL and CBR. Both charge 1 snack credit for a single serving milk and cereal combined. It was not 1 credit for the milk and one credit for the cereal...it was 1 credit for the both together.
Again, I am only speaking for my experience and at the resorts I stayed at.

Thank you for this info. My kids both eat cereal in the morning, so I will definitely look into this. We are staying at WL also. :goodvibes

We like biscuits with gravy for breakfast. Together, it counts as 1 snack credit. You could also get a side of eggs as a snack credit & pay for a few pieces of toast. However, we usually all get a kid's breakfast at the food courts. It's a good amount of food, costs under $5, & comes with a drink.

Don't the Deluxe Resorts have fridges in them?
I would save your snack credits for some snacks. There are a lot of nice snacks at WDW.
Pack a box of cereal in you luggage and buy a jug of milk and eat in the room. This will save time in the morning and will also free up some of your snack credits for- Dole Whips, Ice Cream Sandwiches, Pastries, etc.

Just returned from WL.
A side of bacon did NOT count as a snack credit. $1.99 OOP.
There wasn't a side hot item to be had for a snack credit, according to the CMs that were working there when I visited. Your mileage may vary.

I was going to say, you can't use a snack credit on anything with meat, generally speaking. This also seems to apply to eggs.
When we were at AKL in March 2009, a small milk and cereal was one snack credit.
Once place you might try for breakfast in MK is the Main Street Bakery. A snack credit or a CS meal go a long way.

You can get staple food items (like milk) from the mercantile at WL. There is a selection of typical food necessities there because of the villas on location. I don't know the price.

Great to know!
Now....will I find bowls, etc in our room? Last time we stayed at ASMu family suites, so there were some things there, but since WL is not a suite, I doubt there will be those things. Do I need to pack those? We are flying, but I'm sure I can squeeze in 4 bowls and some spoons somewhere!
thanks!
