what time to schedule a buffet breakfast

I am not to sure how much time we need to make our exit the last day to the airport on Disney Magic Express (my flight is 12:50pm). I am staying at All Star Sports and would like to schedule a breakfast at Ohana. I am not sure what time is best 8:30 or 9:20?

Since I am traveling with two kids, I need as much time as possible to get ready and down to the other hotel, however I am not sure if I can catch the outbound ride from Poly or do I have to travel back to All Star to make to the airport? Also, can I leave my bags to check out before my breakfast or do I have to come back and do that at 11?

My understanding is that Magical Express picks you up three hours before your flight. So for you that would be 9:50 so even with an 8:30 AM seating you would be pushing it to get back to the All Stars and make your ME bus.

Are there any earlier seatings like 7:30?

There is an availability for 730. I guess I best jump on it. I didn't know that we had to leave that early. WOW!

Can I give All-Stars my bags early and leave from Poly? Or do I have to go back to All-Stars to catch the Magic Express?
