4th of July Pins in WDW

I will be in Disney the whole 4 of July week. I've heard that they *usually* start putting out the 4th of July pins on the 2nd. One pin to each of the parks. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, when the pins are released in the parks are they in the normal main pin carts towards the front of each park or could they just be from one location *somewhere* in the park.

Any information from anyone that has been there would be appreciated.

One more question, are there any releases in other then the 4 major parks.

We're a group (family) of four planning on splitting up to get the pins. Two groups of two will each go to two parks. Hopefully, we'll be able to get at least one complete set of the pins.

We too will be there the week of July 4th. We go this time each year, and the last several times, I haven't had any trouble getting the July 4th pins. They are at the pin carts only, and not in the stores. I have even been able to get them the day after.

I was never able to find the pins before the 4th, but some have said they were able to buy them ahead of time. Good luck, and maybe we'll see you there. Hopefully the rain will have let up by then.:D

Thanks for the help. Disney sometimes puts the pins out adhead on a holiday and sometimes they don't. Personally I just wish they'd be consistant.
