I hope she's at peace.

Of course she is. Angels always go to heaven.

My thoughts are with her family. Even after a long illness, it's so hard to lose a loved one.

I just heard. So sad. :sad1:

Cancer is a horrible, horrible thing. It took my baby brother when he was only a year and a half old. That is why I put a team together for the Relay for Life each year (http://main.acsevents.org/goto/tommysteam). It is frustrating and tiring at times, but I sit and think that my back and leg pain and headaches are NOTHING compared to what cancer patients go through.

May she rest in peace.

I have always liked her. I feel bad too for her father! He lost 2 daughters to cancer!

I watched the recently released documentary Farrah's Story (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30749929/) a week or two before she passed away. Not having direct experience with cancer (my grandfather died of stomach cancer when I was still in junior high), I found the film to be a very well done, unflinching presentation of her experience.

I cried when I heard about Farrah. Then I cried a little later when I heard about Michael. Two icons from my youth, gone.

I also watch Farrah's Story on TV. I was handling it ok until the moment she took off her stocking cap and she had shaved off her hair. I just couldn't handle it after that.

Such a beautiful woman.
