immigration documents

Just for curiosity ...

Checking our cruise documents :
1) there is the need to fill an immigration form for Bahamas
2) No immigration document is required for St. Marteen.

Anybody knows why?:confused:

The Bahamas form is required because Castaway Cay is in the Bahamas. I don't know why St Maarten doesn't need a form, but that's one less form to fill out.
