I know that Disneyworld has some really great restaurants... but we are planning to eat at Olive Garden and Red Lobster two of our nights. Can anyone reccomend which one to go to? I Google Mapped the area and there are countless Red Lobsters in the area! Thanks in Advance!

I've eaten at a couple Red Lobsters (Kissimmee and Crossroads/Lake Buena Vista) over the years, and found both to be staffed by great people and the food was very good.

Also eat quite often at the Olive Garden on the corner of 535 and Palm Parkway. Again, no complaints - friendly staff and the food was always good.

HTH!!! :goodvibes

We ate at the Olive Garden on 192 when we were there the middle of June
Excellent service, excellent waiter, and we were very glad we decided to eat one nice meal during our stay. We don't do sit down restaurants while at Disney due to having to make adr's so far in advance, and the food at Shades of Green is just nasty
so this time, we ate at OG, and Golden Corral and were happy with both

When in Orlando, We ALWAYS hit Tony Roma's. LOVE their ribs! I don't remember exactly what street it's on, but I do know that it's on one of the main streets, not too far from WDW.

How long did it take you to get a seat? What day during the week did you go and what month of the year?

Just a few days ago. Mid June. A weekday. About 5:30pm. We were seated immediately.

I haven't tried either place, any location, while at WDW (though I eat at Red Lobster every so often at home), but I want to add another possibility to the mix: Chevy's Fresh Mex, located in the Crossroads Shopping center at the intersection of Hotel Plaza Blvd and SR 535. I eat there on most of my trips, for either lunch or dinner, and always get great food and great service. Prices are low, compared to WDW restaurants, and the location is close and convenient (5 minutes from Downtown Disney).
