Really Dumb Questions #46-48:
#46: If you are staying at a DVC resort on points, can you charge things (e.g. meals, shopping) to your room? (Of course assuming you gave a credit card # to your resort.)
#47: If you are staying at a non-DVC WDW resort on points, can you charge things to your room?
#48: If you are staying at a DVC resort on cash, can you charge things to your room?

46) YES!

47) YES!

48) YES!

All WDW resorts will allow incidental charges to be made to the room account as long as they have a credit card or cash on account. The room ID serves as a credit card most everyplace at WDW.

Enjoy!

Thanks! I had heard that one could do this at "any resort" but only since recently joining did I wonder if that included DVC resorts.

So I assume this means one can also buy hopper passes at checkin and put them on your resort IDs. (Questions 49-51!)

Charging back to your room is one of the many reasons we like to stay on Disney property. That way you carry less cash & credit cards. Remember though that you cannot charge everything back to your room like items from the food carts in the parks. Enjoy!!
