Hi, I have yet another question. {go figure!} I know on the red and yellow paper CRO sends you it doesn't have to list the room requests you made. But what do you do if there are requests listed but they are not the ones you made? All the rest of the information is correct. Name, address, confirmation number, etc.,etc. Down in the left hand corner are what sounds like room requests but only one is what I asked for. The others are not. Would you call CRO about this or just wait until we have a reason to call? Or, just leave it alone and ask for our requests again when we send a fax prior to arrival? Also do most of you fax or call directly? Last trip we stayed at Wilderness Lodge and sent a fax and mentioned it at check-in when we weren't given anything we asked for. They told us most of the faxes are never read and it is better to call before if it's something you really want. Gosh, sorry this is so long. Didn't mean for it to be. Thanks everyone.

Hi DisneyFreaks,

I would call CRO back and ask them to read to you what they have listed on your reservation as requests. If there is a request there that is not something you want then ask them to remove it and make sure that what is important to you is noted. When we book through CRO we usaully just make our requests at the time of booking.

I am going to call CRO today to see what they have listed for requests by us in their computers. We were gone all weekend. I just don't want them to consider me a pest by bothering them over things that cannot be guaranteed anyway. Thanks again for your help.

You are welcome. Do not worry about being a pest. It is important that your requests are correct. Good luck.
