Thanksgiving at VB [Archive] - The DIS Discussion Forums

We'll be staying at VB the week of Thanksgiving this year. This will be our first holiday at any DVC resort. Are there special activities that will be planned? Anything else out of the normal? For the pin traders out there, I thought I read that VB has pin trading now. Is this correct? Thanks.

If you plan to eat at the resort, I would make a reservation. On most holidays, they also open the ballroom for seating.

We were at VB last Thanksgiving and really didn't notice anything special or different that day. They do have a special menu at the restaurants but since we ate dinner in our room, I can't talk much about the menu or food :)

We are going back this year also for Thanksgiving, we'll see you there.
