??? about maintenance fee's at SSR

Does anyone know if any of our maintenance fee's go to the Spa, or is it privately ran. Curios, because why would owners be told they can not use the facilities if we pay for them.

The spa is privately operated. Member fees don't pay for the spa.

To my understanding, you may use the showers and locker rooms free if you're working out in the gym of having a massage. Otherwise, there may be a service charge.

Apparently not if you're just using the gym, per some previous threads we've had. If you're not paying for spa services, they will now charge you - I think it was $12, but I'm not sure.
