Haven't heard from Poly Concierge

I know lots of us are going to Poly concierge in the next few weeks. Have you been contacted? Melissa was so sweet when she called last year. I make my own PSs but it was a nice touch to be called. This was a last minute trip...only managed to get all our nights a few weeks ago. Do you think that's why I haven't heard?

I wouldn't worry about being contacted, they also have an email, I cant think of it right now, maybe if you call 1-800-828-0228 they can tell you it. As far as poly concierge you can't go wrong, it is GREAT, now the BWI on the other hand I would tell people, save their money and go else where or if they really want BWI son't go concierge.:)

I heard from them shortly after I booked in late January. We are only there for two nights, but I made a room request and they sent me a questionairre and I had them make the one PS for our stay there. I wasn't sure they made it but I EMailed Melissa last week and she sent me my confirmation #. Hope it all goes well for you! You'll love it!

Thanks to both of you for the reassuring words. We have stayed Poly Con. on one other trip (our other 24 Poly trips were not con.) but I was just feeling sorry for myself that I hadn't been contacted. Just felt like whining :o ! I'm really looking forward to this trip. Two days to go! Thanks again.
