Upgrades

Hi everyone.......I am leaving for the world in about 9 days, we are staying for 23 nights at Coronado Springs for the entire time. Can I ask at check-in if there are any upgrades to any deluxe hotels for a couple of nights during my stay? Do they do things like that (upgrades to different hotels)? I have an annual pass also......will that help any? Any help/advice would help. I am just looking to possibly stay in a deluxe for the last 4 nights or so of my trip, we want to stay at CSR for most of the trip. Thanks

I've never heard of an upgrade to a better hotel. That's a new one. I wouldn't have the nerve to even ask. You do mean you will pay for it, right? Not asking for free.

I would absolutely pay for it but I thought maybe I could get a good rate if one of the deluxe resorts didn't have enough bookings. I am not looking to get a deluxe for the price I paid for a moderate.....just maybe a good deal. Sorry if I didn't make that clear.

If you really have your heart set on trying a deluxe for those few days then I would call now and ask for any deals. Explain that you are staying onsite for 23 days and that you would love to try a deluxe at the end of your stay. You are staying a long time so maybe they will get you a good rate. If they don't then call back a couple of more times and speak to different CMs as they all seem to have difference answers! If you still don't get anywhere then definitely ask upon check if they can work something for you. Just try now as to not wait until the last minute. Tell them you have an AP and also mention a code if you have one. Look on mousesavers too and see if there are any for this time period. Good luck and let us know how you did! :D
