VINN127 and DVC-Don,
Actualy, the amount accepted for the 150 OKW contract was :
62$ / pt
with buyer paying half of closing costs.
I will pay dues for 2002 since I get the 150 pts of 2002. I also get 85 points banked from 2001 on which I don't have to pay maintenance fees since they are banked points.
A great day to everyone !!!

Hi,
I have made a few offers on other contracts and they always were declined. It seems that the small contracts (150 pts) go fast and at a higher price.
So when I got the email saying : your offer was accepted... I was dancing in the office !!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc
This is such a great feeling, especialy after searching, reading, preparing the offers, etc... In a way, I prefer that to sining the papers at the DVC office ;)
Now, I just hope the seller doesn't change his mind !!! I want to join you all as a member. I know that DVC is made for me and truly like a lot the "family feeling" I feel in this forum !!!
