Florida Marriage Requirements

Does anyone know for sure the requirements for obtaining a marriage license for non Florida resedents that want to get married in Florida? I have heard that the 3 day waiting period is waived for non florida residents. Can anyone confirm this? also any idea what the charge is? I have already picked a ceremony location in Daytona Beach the day before our cruise but I do still need an officiant. Any help with this would also be GREAT!!

I have read other posts where someone got ahold of Shirley from The Perfect Gift (look on www.*****************) and she actually marries people. Not sure if she would go to Daytona but I'm sure she would know who would if she wouldn't

We took the Disney MAGIC for our honeymoom--on our 30th anniversary :) Could not afford a honeymoon when we got married and after 30 years DH said the "probationary period was up" so we could take one.
