New to Board & going to DW

Hello Everyone,

My wife and I are going to Disney World from 08/08/09 to 08/13/09. My wife is new to the USofA and the last time I went was on grad night in 1977. I am so glad we found this BB.
I am retired Military so we took advantage of the free 5 day pass to all the parks.

We are staying at the Radison Celebration near the MK. Since I haven't been in over 30 years I need suggestions and any comments you guys and gals might have; i.e. the hotel we are staying at, discounts and general stuff. I really would consider this trip to DW my first one since I haven't been in so long.

WOW, and welcome..

1.) MK - Hall of Presidents, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Carribean, Thunder Canyon (roller coaster), Splash Mountain (Water coaster).

2.) Epcot - Test Track, Soarin', Spaceship Earth (the big golf ball), Living with the Earth, Ellen's Energy, Mission Space (only if you don't get motion sickness).

3.) Typhoon Lagoon to cool off and ride the Lazy River:dance3:

Since these are my favorites, I'll let someone else give pointers on Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.

If you love a good burger, I would recommend Pecos Bill's in MK...

welcome I would say at Animal kingdom do expedition everest ( one of my favorites) and Kali river rapids to cool off during hot weather
