A,D, NO: A 1 week vacation in value resort is better than a 4 day vacation in a deluxe resort.

Agree!! For how much time we spend at out resort anyway, a deluxe just isn't worth the $$$.

NO...have never stayed, but would like to sometime.

Absolutely agree. The experience is entirely different and better at a Deluxe and totally worth the money.

Disagree. Although the florals are very pretty, F&G messes with my hayfever!

I have to say NO because I did not see it in person, but the lights looked amazing on the Samantha Brown show and on the YouTube footage.

I agree, there are water parks available near where I live.....waste of time!

I respectfully disagree, but I only went on it as a kid, and it didn't excite me. I would maybe have a different opinion if I went on that ride as an adult.

I make an itineray on where we will be, and where we want to eat, but not exactly what we'll be doing on the park once we get there.




We didn't love The Coral Reef menu at all :sad2:

I agree, but when we go, it's because of the free dining.


Speaking of free dining
The Dining Package is not worth it for us - we don't eat that much on vacation, and end of wasting some of it. :guilty:

We didn't love Tony's Town Square (I didn't hate it either). For the price, it's not that special :rolleyes:

A.....though we still thought it felt very 'special' to eat where movie history was made :rotfl: That's what my kids said - they kept wanting dh and I to do the spaghetti scene from lady & the tramp

A,D,No......my children, even in the midst of all things Disney, were THRILLED to find the Hello Kitty and Pokemon stuff in Epcot :rotfl2:

The thought of packing up stuff to go stay there for 1 night doesn't do much for me - sounds like more trouble than what it's worth. I wish you could stay there for 3 days, and than I would like to win it :)

I respectfully disagree

I love how there's gift shops at the end of rides, so families with small children have somewhere to wait in airconditioning, while waiting for other members of the family that went on the ride.

If I went during the Summer I would agree with you on the airconditiong part, but since I have only been in December and its the only time I will ever go, Im gonna have to disagree with this one. The first few times its new and cool but after awhile, its like Disney is force feeding you into buying stuff you dont need and im sure alot of parents have gotten into many unccesary fights with thier kids after every ride.

I think Soarin' is the most overhyped ride at WDW.

A--The room rates this year border on the ridiculous, at least for summer rates. We're staying at Swan on *wood points to compensate. Food is higher and service is not QUITE as good as it once was for the money.

A,D, No....I ride Goofy's Barnstormer even without my kids. (It's about as crazy as I get with rides! :lmao: )

disagree - we went for a quick weekend in Dec but sadly we havent made any new plans to go back (yet ;) )

I prefer staying a week vs a couple weekend trips

Well being a roller coaster buff, I wouldn't say that any of the coasters on WDW property are overly intense...certainly not like IOA. So yes- I would say I agree- WDW needs to get some intense heart pounding coasters....I'd love to see it.

You need to try The Kona Coffee Bar at The Poly, and I can't think of the name of the coffee joint in The Contemporary, their good too ::yes::

I really like the new gift shop (it's not even very new anymore, probably 3 years old) at The Poly. It's so much better than how it used to be ::yes::

Totally agree!! I would never stay off grounds, it ruins the Magic! IMO.

A,D,NO: I get excited about riding Splash Mountain, there's just something about a ride & a story together that makes it so much fun.

D, I tend to enjoy seeing them when they're not talking and tapping their legs as if they're bored. Very interesting technology.

D- I would LOVE a 5th park but I think Disney needs to work on the existing parks. Plus, they have said the very first priority is DL.
