Just in case anyone does a search for this topic, i.e., dining kosher, eating kosher, kosher food, I found this listing in the June 2009 issue of Image, a local Jewish publication. This is a list of the kosher dining alternatives in Orlando that they list:
Kosher Culinary, 7508 Universal Blvd., 354-1296, Meat, hashgacha: Chabad of South Florida
Lower East Side Restaurant, 8548 Palm Parkway, 465-0565, Meat, hashgacha: Rabbi Menish Spitz
Ole Gourmet, 7800 S. US Hwy. 17-92, 834-7653, Dairy, hashgacha: FKS-Florida Kashrus Services

If you give the Disney restaurants 24 hour notice, they will accommodate a kosher diet as well or any other dietary needs!

Yes, I know. But Disney provides "airline" type meals, both in the sit down and counter service restaurants. The places I listed provide restaurant meals, take out, packaged meals, and Sabbath take out meals. Also, no park admission is necessary ;-)
