Average time for Milesource SuperCert?

I've cashed out from Milesource twice before for a $25 SuperCert, and both times, it came within 7-10 days. I cashed out on June 5 (16 days ago), and haven't yet received the SuperCert. For all of you that have cashed out recently, what has the waiting time been for your reward? I'm getting nervous because this is longer than I'v ever waited for a SuperCert. Should I wait longer or contact Milesource?

I cashed out on 5/8 and still haven't received mine yet I don't ever remember Milesource taking this long for the super cert

and still have not received the super cert.
In addition, I have written numerous emails regarding purchases I have made and have not received bonus points for them. (One purchaase in April and another in mid-May). I have never received a response to ANY of the emails.
I am beginning to wonder if Milesource is having any problems. No response to emails, delays in receiving rewards, no crediting of bonus points, trouble with the website (i.e. daily quiz).
I am also getting nervous!

Eeeek! Now I'm getting really nervous. I've never had to wait more than 10 days for a rewards from Milesource, and since the average wait time is now so long, I'm getting really concerned! Is the program even worth going back to now that I've cashed out?
