Received a letter that they closed on our property and the Deed was recorded... YAY!

AND to make it all official, we received our DVC Membership cards yesterday in the mail!

Such an exciting day!

We close on our new house on Monday, too!

CONGRATUTIONS KaterBell. We also recieved our letter 2 weeks ago about our Deed and we finally recieved our cards yesterday.

Congrats!
I just got my letter in the mail yesterday from the DVC saying that my loan/mortgage was approved & I was wondering how long it takes from now until we get our membership cards & everything is done?

Hi Lars624, congrats on your DVC purchase!

We bought in March, but had to wait until June for the closings on the property. I bet yours will go by much faster since they're already closing on properties since it's opening up next month!

So...3 months maybe? not sure how long it takes if the property is already open. Someone else can probably answer for me! :)
