random survey

I was "chosen" to take a random survey yesterday. I had just called to verify my point totals, and see what the cash prices for cruises are for next year.
I was supposed to be automatically transferred to the survey after I talked to the CM, but after a minute plus after the CM said goodbye I figured I was just cut off!
Has anyone waited and taken the survey, or did the CM just goof by hanging up?

She goofed. I think everyone is "randomly" selected. The survey itself is useless until the last question.















Okay,I'll tell ya the last question. something to the effect of: Would you prefer to make ressie's by phone,fax,e-mail or internet.

me thinks if you use a touch tone phone to 3 3 to MS ....that you get the random survey...

the time i did not use the touch tone buttons but acted like i was on a rotary phone.....i was not offered the random survey...

Acutally I called last week and got the Survey. Unfortunately, I forgot and hung up. I have called for the last 5 days in a row since I am adding on a day each day and have been hitting the 3 3 and have not gotten the survey at all this whole week.

At this rate, assuming they actually take the feedback seriously and act on it, next year sometime you'll all be doing things MY WAY!!!!LOL!!!
