My daughter is 10 so she is considered an adult right? She can order off the adult menu? And to be clear we get on breakfast and a lunch or dinner on the basic plan? Last time we had the deluxe and it was way too much food. Thanks :)

You can use these anyway you want. We are doing 2 TS in one day and the next day we will do only CS. At the beginning of your trip they will give all the credits at one time, your choice how to use them. Also look at confirmed snacks, sometimes there are breakfast items so you can use a snack credit for that instead of a CS credit. For us, we bring donuts or get a muffin as a CS dessert and save for next day breakfast. Hot breakfast are not our thing unless we are doing 1900 Park Fare or Chef Mickeys.

You may use your CS or TS credits at either breakfast, lunch or dinner - it is your choice. We usually take breakfast items with us, use our CS for lunch and our TS for dinner.

On our first and last day we are using only our qs points so I am going to be stockpiling those points we don't use for character breakfasts. We are also going to Sanna and Teppan Edo...Yum! Can't wait!

I was wondering about this also.

I have another question I hope you seasoned Dis'sers can help me with. We plan on arriving at the resort on a sunday, and checking out the following Saturday. So 6 nights we'd be there. If we purchase the basic dining plan, how does that work. Do we get credits for 6 days or what? What about the day we leave, fend for ourselves. Can anyone help me with this? I understand you get 1 snack, 1 counter service, and 1 table service. Is that a grand total of 6 snacks, 6 counter services, and 6 table services? So confused...

CRT is the only 2-credit character meal.

The DDP is per night, so yes, you will have 6 of each. The credits start the day you arrive and are good until midnight the day you check out. One of the ways we were able to "stretch" our CS credits (so we could eat breakfast the last day) was to share a few meals throughout the week.

There are some CS places where a lunch was big enough for me and my 10 year old to share. On check out day, the kids were able to eat a full breakfast. DH and I don't eat big in the AM (and he doesn't like to eat much when we fly) so it worked out great!

This year, we are doing the QSDP, and will be paying OOP our last night for a sit down meal, so that will leave us a CS for the last day.

Good luck!

That was super helpful, thank you.
