? on times of Grand Cayman excursions

We are booked for Shipwreck and Reef snorkling which meets on the ship at 7:45 and departs at 1:40 AND the Grand Cayman Island tour which meets at 9:45 and is supposed to depart at 9:45. I have checked the Disney literature and past Navigators and it seems that the Grand Cayman Island Tour says to meet at 9:45 and DEPART at 1:25, meaning these two excursions will overlap!

Has anyone done both of these on Grand Cayman? What are the real times?

We are on the same cruise and booked the same way....hope someone on a previous western has the answer.

Did you try calling the excursion reservation number to find out. They seemed really helpful answering all my ?'s everytime that I called.

I will probably do that - but when the reservation was made they didn't indicate that there was a conflict. When you read the navigators from the previous western cruise you see the conflict.

Some excursions have more than one departure time. Such as there being a morning and an afternoon.

Call 877-566-0968 and they will be able to tell you if you can combine excursions. If you booked them at the same time, they shouldn't have booked you on two excursions that overlap.

Well I think the snorkeling is just offshore in George Town so maybe you snorkel and then just return to shore whenever you want and meet for the land tour. Which wreck is it? Gamma, or Cali? Both are in town and so is Cheeseburger Reef. If you want to see just how close they are to the port, there is a map

I'm not positive that this is the wreck but there is a good chance that it is one of those:D Its the only way I could see that you could do both. Hope this helps

I called DCL reservations and they said that there is no overlap. Grand Cayman Island Tour (2hrs) meets at 10:00AM (not 9:45) and departs right away. The shipwreck and Reef Snorkling meets at 7:45AM and later departs at 1:40. Whew!!! Sorry to get everyone so excited. The DCL rep said that the Navigators are sometimes incorrect, so beware!
