Nothing gained or lost this week:( .
I really must get my will power back.

So how did everyone do this week?

It's hard isn't it Jana, but don't give up! :D

After reporting no loss last Friday, on Saturday morning I had lost two pounds so three cheers for that! Haven't lost anything since then though, but DD was 12 on Wednesday and I must admit I have a slice of her choccy birthday cake, but maybe there's something about Saturday's and tomorrow I will have lost again! ;)

Anybody else out there struggling to stay on their diet, we would love to hear from you! :D

I lost a 1llb (6 1/2 in total). I am finding it hard though - I love my food too much :D

Hi
Thought I'd just add my twopennorth-
Joined a health Club on 1st june as totally fed up with being asked - when is it due - hahahhah - 2 yrs ago!!!

Anyway got thro the stress of having measurements taken - joked that I probably weighed 100 kgs - nearly died when I was - 98kg - about 15-16 stone I think??

So I have been working out 2-3 times, plus swimming and also started Muay Tahi(kickboxing) for a 2 hour session a week - ouch!! I had a nutritional review which i passed with flying colours apart from not drinking enough water.

So I weighed myself and after 20 days I have lost 4 kg - not bad seeing as I haven't altered my diet one iota and am probably eating more as I get really hungry now with all the extra work.

Does this work out like a sum - ie after 200 days i lose 40 kg - LOL;)

And surprise - this is the first day i don't ache!!!
