Being confined to the house except when someone is there to take me out is driving me crazy. I can't take these four walls anymore.
So next Friday DH is taking me to WDW and Sat we are going to AK for the day. Since we can't leave until 1pm I don't know that we will have time to go to EPCOT Friday evening but I will try if only to see Tapestry of Dreams.
I am so sick of being confined to the house and to the bed or sofa I am ready to scream. I have watched so many ASL videos I think I have them all memorized. HEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPP!

Hi Lisa
Sorry to hear you are feeling down in the dumps, I don't blame you! Do you know how much longer it will be before you will be back to your normal fitness?
Just think of your trip next weekend, I'm sure the 'ol Disney magic will work it's stuff on you and cheer you up!
Hugs and pixie dust to you :D

{{{{hugs}}}} and pixie dust from me, too.
Your DH is a wise man to take you right to the source of pixie dust. ;)
Someone who was in the hospital for a few months at a time told me once to get through each hour was the hard part, the days sort of took care of themselves. That's when you realize just how long an hour can be. Here's some "hour shortening pixie dust" for you. Use it liberally, but leave it home whn you go to WDW. ;)

Well I did escape for a bit today. Went to an interpreter workshop put on by TRIFRID, our local chapter of FRID (state chap of RID) It was interpreting and I met a few interpreters I didn't already know but most of the people were the same old gang. It was a good workshop even with equipment failure. Very interesting. An hour drive north for me but as the name implies it is tri county so Broward is the middle county. Funny thing was, most of the interpreters were from Dade.
Can't wait until next week. AK for the day. And if we get there in time, some time at EPCOT. Send some pixie dust that we get away fast so I can see Tapestry at least.
